Milton received his BBA degree with a major in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico (USA), as well as other postgraduate courses/licenses (had for various years securities license Series 7 and life/miscellaneous insurance license).

He joined a CPA firm upon graduation. In 1987 he established his own firm, Business Consulting Services, Inc., having successfully accomplished engagements focused on bank financing, alternative finance, business financial planning, financial instruments/insurance planning and litigation support.
